Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At Innosential, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require a student to cancel their enrolment or request a refund. Therefore, we have established a clear refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all our students.

Cancellation Policy: If a student wishes to cancel their enrolment in the Master Business Applications of AI certificate program, they must submit a written request to our support team at academysupport@innosential.com. The cancellation request must be submitted before the program start date. A cancellation fee of 30% of the program fee will be charged for cancellations made between 7-10 days prior to the start of the program. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 7 days before the start date of batch and after the program start date.

Refund Policy: In the unlikely event that Innosential cancels the Master Business Applications of AI certificate program, students will be entitled to a full refund of their program fees.

If a student withdraws from the program after the program has begun, they will not be entitled to any refund of program fees.

In cases where a student is unable to continue with the program due to a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, Innosential may provide a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Students must provide appropriate documentation to support their request for a refund.
